Dear My-Message-Portal friends,

today we would like to give you the current state of development of our project and an outlook on the further development.
We have received many positive comments from users who are pleased that the My-Message portal is now available to them.

The library is finished – with the exception of a few minor adjustments. Now we are continuously filling the library with new links and translations. We currently have approximately 6,000 links, that refer to Message-Sources, saved. About 1,200 links access German content and about 4,800 links access English and French content. This means that all messages can be accessed in English and more than 530 messages in German. Partly as a tape / audio message, partly as a PDF document or partly with an indication where the respective message can be ordered as a brochure. Many messages are also available in a synchronized audio text form via the page "Der Weckruf - The Shout". Synchronized audio text form means that the text is synchronized with the audio playback without having to scroll manually. The links to these messages can also be found in the library of My-Message-Portal.

The development team is now concentrating on the second module, the Study Mode. Due to the complexity, the decision was made to offer only one display window in the first step. In this window the user can then call up the content he would like to read:

• The King James Bible in English
• The Bible in German Language
• The Message in English
• The Message in German. These will be available to us by and by as soon as they are acquired.
• Synchronizing the texts with the corresponding audio is also planned, but will be available at a later date.

After that, the developers will, according to plan, provide a second window in which the contents listed above can be synchronized with each other. But that's a bit of a dream for the future. The programming of the translation possibilities in the third module will also take some time.

We are confident that we will be able to present the first results, at the very latest, by the summer. We will keep you up to date via our blog.
